About Mr. Stark
Education: I completed my
BS in Mathematics at the University of Idaho in 1973, my
teaching certification in 1974 in Math and English, and my
Masters from BSU in 1985 in Education Technology. Work Experience: After teaching for several years in Boise and Nampa, I worked as a Computer Programmer for five years, taught as an adjunct professor at The College of Idaho, and then I worked as the Business Manager for the Boise School District from 1985 to 2003. I managed the Boise District's insurance plan for 22 years.
Current Work: As a consultant, I help administrators and insurance committee members make the best decisions possible in selecting and managing group insurance.
Home Life: My wife is a teacher/librarian and both of my sons live in the Boise area. During my free time I backpack, rollerblade, read, and play competitive chess.
